It has been more than 50 years now that our company has survived every season in Tanzania since 1947. The secret of our success has been, purely quality. We have been making household and office furniture primarily from hardwood Mninga (Pterocarpus angolensis), and also from block-boards and Formica - this is the late 60's and early 70's. Our idea has been that a piece of furniture professionally made and crafted from hardwood should last for life time. We have been mostly catering to private individuals, which still forms major part of our market segment.

With the current wave of economic climate, our product ranges have shrunk. First, came the aluminum, which entirely took over all the partition work, shop fronts, doors and windows. Secondly imported furniture, which shook the furniture makers in the industry in the beginning. However, obvious love for natural local timber kept the industry going and still we continue to survive.

Today we see along the horizon a revolutionary furniture making - MDF (medium density fiberboard). Using MDF to make household furniture has several advantages compared to hardwood; price and paint work. Paint it any colour to match a scheme or concept and simplifying the fabrication of the furniture.

We have recently introduced Tanzania's finest kitchen range made from MDF, which has 9 doors designs, 8 colours and 5 worktops. Entire cabinetry is made at our workshop to a custom layout. This is especially useful for Architects and consultants who are looking for quality and international standard products for projects or private individuals. We also undertake delivery, installation, provide guarantee and after-sales-service for all our products. Internal and external hardwood doors have also been introduced with standard door leaf size of 2030/l x 813or713/w x 40/t made from solid hardwood with 6 designs at best prices and prompt delivery.
